Key Responsibilities
- Source, brief, and manage creators to deliver performance-ready videos for Meta ads and organic channels
- Develop and implement strategies for high-quality user-generated content across TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Collaborate with Brand and freelance talent to create original short-form series that align with the brand's voice
Required Qualifications
- Experience producing UGC or managing creator campaigns, particularly for Meta ads
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with trends and formats across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Experience in privacy, tech, dating, gig work, or niche app categories
- A clear understanding of the brand and innovative ideas for UGC development
