A company is looking for a Transaction Specialist to provide tactical and operational support to a transaction management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex listings and propose solutions for identified gaps and errors
- Verify vouchers against contracts and enter sales and lease information into the database
- Approve purchase orders and perform routine reporting from the revenue accounting system
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of job-related experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of processes and systems within the job function
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Advanced organizational skills and math skills for calculations like percentages and discounts
- Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content logically
