Director of Accounting and Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director to manage client engagements and expand service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and propose value-added services to enhance firm revenue
• Execute consulting engagements from planning through delivery while managing client expectations
• Design and implement accounting solutions for complex GAAP and reporting challenges

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CIA preferred
• Public Accounting background or experience in a publicly traded company preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; Master's degree desired
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls practices
• Proven ability to coach, lead, and mentor engagement teams
