Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist responsible for providing billing support across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate program bills for participants and institutional customers
• Produce and maintain billing reports while collaborating with other departments on billing transactions
• Resolve customer billing disputes and assist with month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Strong Excel skills required
• NetSuite financial system experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with billing adjustments and customer transactions
