Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to enhance revenue cycle operations and customer satisfaction
• Analyze revenue streams and recommend pricing changes to maximize profitability
• Oversee financial operations and improve cash flow management for assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• 3-5+ years of experience in accounting or business operations, preferably in healthcare
• 2-4 years of people management experience required
• Strong SQL querying skills and proficiency with Tableau
• Prior experience with client contact in account management or audit required
