Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Membership Accounting Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates workflow and assists with supervision of unit staff to ensure payment allocation, reconciliation, and auditing of employer group accounts
- Handles escalated issues and monitors daily processing to maintain eligibility database within departmental guidelines
- Prepares reports, reviews auditing reports for accuracy, and mentors new associates while ensuring departmental goals are met
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Health Care, or related field preferred
- Four years of membership accounting or related experience
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to mentor and train staff effectively
- Experience in handling complex issues and escalated calls
