Job Title: Part-Time Sales Closer (20 Hours/Week)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Closer who can manage the full end-to-end sales cycle—from initial lead generation through to closing the deal. This part-time (20 hours/week) role is perfect for someone with solid sales experience who is direct, efficient, and highly skilled at qualifying leads and converting them into customers.
You’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, working with warm and cold leads, building relationships, and ultimately closing high-quality deals that support our business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: from sourcing and qualifying leads, to presenting solutions, following up, and closing deals
- Identify high-potential prospects through outbound and inbound efforts
- Quickly qualify leads to determine fit and buying readiness
- Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their needs and pain points
- Deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches that align with client goals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report on pipeline progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale
- Hit or exceed weekly goals for qualified leads and closed deals
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, ideally in a fast-paced or consultative environment
- Strong lead qualification and closing skills
- Clear, confident, and direct communicator
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote setting
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets
Nice to Have:
- Background in B2B or service-based sales
- Familiarity with sales automation and lead generation tools
