Job Description

We’re looking for a Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce who is more than just experienced — they’re a builder, a leader, and a culture-carrier. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for scaling digital marketing and eCommerce strategies, leading high-performing teams, and creating meaningful customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

  • Own and execute the digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, affiliate, and more.
  • Oversee eCommerce operations, site merchandising, CRO, and overall user experience across key platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce, Magento).
  • Manage, inspire, and grow a high-performing team, offering a balance of tactical guidance and strategic leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, product, analytics, and engineering teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
  • Use performance data and customer insights to drive continuous optimization and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Champion innovation, testing, and experimentation to unlock scalable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in digital marketing and/or eCommerce, with 3+ years in people leadership.
  • Proven success in leading digital strategies across paid media, email/lifecycle, SEO, and site merchandising.
  • Experience managing eCommerce platforms and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong ability to lead and develop teams in a high-growth or scrappy environment.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent leadership with humility, empathy, and clarity.
