Job Summary

A company is looking for a Typographer/Designer to create a bespoke font typeface for an international law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a custom sans serif font typeface inspired by Avenir and Mulish
• Create a complete character set, including special characters for English, German, and Brazilian Portuguese
• Collaborate with brand and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment with the firm's identity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and packaging custom typefaces for high-profile brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic creativity and disciplined visual execution
• Expertise in font design tools and software such as Glyphs or FontLab
• Understanding of multilingual character sets and font engineering best practices
• Ability to balance creativity with precision in design work
