UM/UIM Litigation Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented/Litigation Adjuster - Remote CST/MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex, represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist claims
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and negotiate settlements for bodily injury issues
• Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling complex claims, particularly UM/UIM claims
• Ability to work independently and confidently in an investigative capacity
• Familiarity with various types of specialized claims, such as business interruption and loss of income
• Proficiency in using communication tools like phone, email, and video chat
• Willingness to work remotely in specified time zones (CST, MST, PST)
