Key Responsibilities
- Perform title examination and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
- Resolve issues related to missing or inaccurate title documentation
- Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles, particularly with refinance and resale transactions
- California experience is required
- Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
- Strong customer service focus
