Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for examining titles and searching public records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
• Resolve issues related to missing or inaccurate title documentation
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles, particularly with refinance and resale transactions
• California experience is required
• Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
• Strong customer service focus
