Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter II to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite various loan types in accordance with company guidelines and investor overlays
• Evaluate borrower profiles and analyze collateral to provide risk-based recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient file flow and timely communication

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting experience in private lending or non-QM environments
• Proficiency in DSCR loan analysis and RTL loan mechanics
• Experience evaluating 1-4 unit investment properties
• Familiarity with entity structures such as LLCs and Corporations
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
