Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews coverage, liability, and/or damages on the most complex bodily injury cases with severe injury triggers and policy limits of $250,000 and greater
• Ensures excellent litigation handling with appropriate defense on large loss cases
• Addresses the most complex coverage issues
• Responsible for the evaluation and settlement of high value, high risk and high complexity claims

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling high exposure, litigated bodily injury claims of $250,000 minimum
• Preferred background in commercial and personal auto, homeowner, and/or general liability
• High level skills in coverage, liability, and damage evaluations/investigations
• Ability to manage and oversee complex and severe bodily injury claims
• Experience with policies that include excess limits up to $20M
