Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coding Analyst to develop and maintain code level benefit definitions for a multi-state organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and interpret complex regulations to ensure compliance and resolve conflicts
- Create and maintain configuration templates to validate benefit requirements and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to teammates while participating in the annual benefit change process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years of medical coding or billing experience
- Managed Care experience, preferably in benefits coding or claims processing
- Certified Medical Coder (CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) is required
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-CM Codes
