Underwriting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriting Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Underwriting production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with underwriting policies and standards while conducting audits and reviewing workflows for efficiency
• Collaborate with management on operational issues and support underwriting projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 5+ years of work experience with an insurance company
• 3 years' experience in Underwriting or relevant work experience
• Prior experience managing personnel is preferable
• Cross-functional insurance experience is preferable
