Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a closer
• Working knowledge of FHA, VA, and conventional guidelines for mortgage loan origination
• Familiarity with various regulatory guidelines (e.g., Truth-in-Lending, HMDA, RESPA)
• Ability to work in a paperless system environment
