US Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process US payroll and independent contractor payments across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with payroll records and prepare management reports for accounting purposes
• Collaborate with various teams to manage payroll transactions and compliance filings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of payroll processing experience in the US
• CPP/FPC certification preferred
• Experience with payroll for multiple entities and states, including localities
• Familiarity with enterprise payroll technology such as Workday, SAP, or ADP
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and payroll compliance requirements
