User Experience Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the UX organization, defining and executing a cohesive design strategy
• Champion a design-centric culture and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary UX team
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate design vision into product development strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design with a track record in leadership positions
• Deep understanding of developer tooling and B2B product design for developers
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team
• Experience with design systems, UX research, and incorporating user feedback into the design process
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields
