Utility Systems Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utility Systems Project Engineer - Level 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage integrated work plans, including technical, schedule, and cost performance
• Oversee staffing, team leadership, resource negotiations, and business rhythms in conjunction with functional leadership
• Ensure accountability for control account performance, including managing event-driven tasks such as engineering change proposals and variance justifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management and control account management
• Strong understanding of earned value management and forecasting
• Ability to manage technical, schedule, and cost performance
• Experience in leading teams and resource negotiations
• Knowledge of defense and aerospace industry standards and practices
