A company is looking for a UX Researcher IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and stakeholders to translate ideas and research findings into effective design solutions
• Create deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address user problems and achieve desired outcomes
• Advocate for end-users throughout the product development lifecycle and validate design assumptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field
• A portfolio or case study demonstrating relevant experience
• Growing set of tactical user experience skills and understanding of visual/UI design
• Ability to identify pros/cons, assumptions, and implications related to designs and concepts
• Understanding of foundational principles related to layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
