Vice President Compliance Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Compliance Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a global compliance framework and ethics program
• Oversee compliance risk mitigation efforts and manage compliance policies and educational programs
• Provide strategic advice on compliance matters and stay current on regulatory developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
• Post-graduate degree or professional qualification in a related field is an asset
• 15+ years of experience in compliance, legal practice, or risk management
• Minimum 10 years of management experience, including managing other managers
• Experience with compliance legislation such as AML, Economic Sanctions, and Fraud is preferred
