A company is looking for a Transactions Paralegal to support its transaction processes, particularly in data room management and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the near-term pipeline and manage data rooms for financing and sales
- Coordinate diligence Q&A logs and manage closing logistics, including documentation tracking and scheduling
- Draft ancillary documents and produce closing checklists while maintaining proficiency in corporate governance software
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data room population and management
- Understanding of energy project development is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects under competing deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
