Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Director, Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance risk assessment processes and maintain a risk-based compliance testing schedule
• Oversee a team of compliance testing professionals in executing and reporting on consumer compliance testing
• Review testing results, create reports, and communicate outcomes and risk profiles to management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consumer compliance, audit, or regulatory exam support
• Strong working knowledge of consumer compliance laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree and/or commensurate work experience
• Compliance certification, such as CRCM, preferred
• Ability to manage multiple compliance reviews and projects simultaneously
