Vice President of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Analytics to lead analytical efforts and drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key advisor to the Board and executive team, providing insights through analysis
• Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs, recommending actions to improve business outcomes
• Own the financial planning and data strategy, ensuring accuracy and availability of data for decision making

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Expertise in modeling and analytical techniques
• Advanced experience in forecasting operational and financial metrics
• Experience in pricing/product actuarial work is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with executive teams and Boards
