Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM data management and integration, ensuring data integrity and hygiene
- Design and implement reporting frameworks for CRM campaigns, analyzing performance and generating insights
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CRM management with a focus on data and analytics
- Proven experience leading and managing CRM campaigns from start to finish
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with AB testing methodologies and control group maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
