Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy and roadmap for new product categories
- Define and oversee all launch deliverables, including packaging, messaging, and supply chain plans
- Coordinate channel strategies across DTC, Retail, Amazon, and International
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in bringing new CPG innovations to market
- Experience in a subscription business or DTC-focused product preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies for growth
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making
- Experience working with high-performing, cross-functional teams and senior leaders
