Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, CRM to support US Local Markets growth campaigns and competitive response initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute CRM strategy for US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns
- Create rapid testing frameworks for CRM channels to support growth initiatives
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in customer retention marketing or CRM operations
- Demonstrated track record of developing profitable retention programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and data visualization platforms is a plus
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
