SEO Program Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEO Program Lead to drive organic growth and develop SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the SEO and AI Search strategy for products and services
• Oversee initiatives related to content development, technical SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Manage external partners and lead SEO-focused content creation and optimization efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and CRO
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, and content teams
• Experience with AI-driven search and emerging SEO best practices
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
