A company is looking for a Manager, Campaign Operations to drive the vision, structure, and performance of its Campaign Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with goals and audience strategy
- Oversee marketing automation workflows and ensure proper segmentation, lead flow, and targeting logic
- Track campaign performance and support documentation and campaign playbooks for operational scale
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in campaign operations, marketing automation, or marketing ops roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and campaign attribution
- Experience with email compliance standards and best practices in segmentation
- Comfort with data analytics and ability to analyze campaign performance
