Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to oversee operations and strategic initiatives for assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure implementation of product strategy for assigned business units
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish strategic vision and ensure compliance with regulations
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and oversee the implementation of health plan operations systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of operations, management, or administration experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry
• Experience with business development preferred
• Knowledge of legislative and/or regulatory processes preferred
• Deep understanding of managed care models and healthcare laws
