Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for the ITSM product suite, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to ITSM or enterprise IT solutions
• Proven leadership experience managing product teams in a fast-paced, SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), market trends, and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling ITSM products
• Experience working with AI/ML, automation, and cloud-based service management platforms is highly desirable
