Vice President of Treasury

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Treasury to lead its global treasury function during a critical phase of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on capital structure, financing strategy, and liquidity planning in anticipation of an IPO
• Oversee global cash forecasting and implement liquidity strategies to optimize working capital
• Manage relationships with global banking partners and oversee treasury operations

Qualifications

• 15+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in IPO and/or public company treasury preferred
• Proven track record in managing international treasury operations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
