Qualifications

- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Proven success in leading regional and global marketing strategies in women's health or related fields
- Experience in commercial marketing, product launch, and lifecycle management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
