Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of webinars and podcasts, including planning, production, and promotion
• Manage logistics, guest coordination, and platform setup for seamless event execution
• Support in-person event planning and execution as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing webinars, podcasts, or virtual events
• Proficiency with Zoom Webinar and podcast recording tools
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Experience in B2B marketing within healthcare, SaaS, or fintech is a strong plus
