Key Responsibilities
- Develop insights from data to shape commercial strategy and decisions for the Women's Health therapeutic area
- Create and present compelling insights to stakeholders, adapting communication style based on the audience
- Lead the development of analytical tools to assess brand performance and support strategic planning
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master's)
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
- Experience with commercial/brand analytics and statistical packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHA, MMIT/DRG)
