Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and educate customers through email nurture and onboarding programs
- Drive product utilization by launching campaigns for key product modules
- Build expansion plays to drive cross-functional adoption and advocacy opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer lifecycle, growth, or email marketing for B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of user journeys, segmentation, and automation tools
- Proven experience in creating onboarding and feature adoption programs
- Familiarity with lifecycle metrics such as retention and NPS
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
