Key Responsibilities
- Engage with the social media community and publish approved content on various platforms
- Protect brand reputation by addressing customer inquiries, comments, and complaints through social media
- Collaborate with internal partners such as CRM and Claims to prioritize social media interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent and four years of experience in digital marketing and/or customer service, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
- Experience in managing social media for a recognized brand
- Knowledge of social media tools and platforms
- Experience in building and maintaining online communities
- Strong copywriting proficiency
