We’re looking for top-tier South African SDRs who are proactive, resilient, and confident working independently. If you’ve got a strong sales foundation, can build pipeline from scratch, and want to grow with a company that values performance — this is for you.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified leads

KPI-Driven Execution

  • Consistently hit and exceed activity and conversion targets
  • Track performance metrics and take full ownership of outcomes

CRM & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and handover processes

Market Awareness

  • Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor messaging to resonate
  • Stay informed about trends in the industry and adjust outreach accordingly

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of outbound SDR or B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to hunt for leads and close meetings
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • KPI-driven with a consistent track record of performance
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Based in South Africa and able to work UK hours

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in or with a recruitment or staffing agency
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo)
  • Exposure to UK or international markets
