Key Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to enhance conversational AI model improvements and develop innovative generative AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to integrate conversational technologies into the objective-driven architecture
• Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure generative AI platforms and core services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, particularly with LLMs and conversational models
• Deep expertise in LLMs, conversational AI, deep learning, and transformer architectures
• Practical experience with model alignment, fine-tuning, and agentic communication protocols
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to scientific advances through publications and thought leadership
