Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Government Programs, responsible for strategic leadership in the Medicare space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Medicare and Medicaid teams, ensuring performance objectives are met
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set objectives and drive the development of Medicare/Medicaid products and services
  • Manage financial performance and operating budget while establishing key relationships with stakeholders in government programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Analytics, Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field
  • 15 years of relevant work experience in PBM, pharmacy, health plan, or managed care, with at least 8 years in Medicare/Medicaid
  • 9 years of leadership/people management experience
  • Strong skills in developing strategies to drive growth in government programs
  • Proven track record of leadership and expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare regulations
