Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or creator program development
• Proven success in generating $500K-$5M+/month in performance creator revenue
• Deep expertise in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon Influencer platforms
• Fluency in performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
