Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business process architecture and transformation for SaaS organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Expertise in business process design, re-engineering, and change management
• Strong leadership style with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Demonstrated ability to make high-stakes decisions and provide authoritative guidance
