Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of enterprise clients to their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage onboarding of 6-12 client organizations at various stages of implementation
- Lead kickoff calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings
- Define and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple implementations
- Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work in the US
