Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Underwriter/Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage analytical workflow and prepare financial dashboards for client accounts
• Conduct client analyses, including market reviews, renewal projections, and claims utilization reviews
• Collaborate with experts to develop client solutions and act as the primary contact with carriers for marketing and renewals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field
• College degree or CEBS designation preferred
• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain it
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in MS Office tools
• Commitment to staying current on industry trends and regulations
