Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Performance & Compliance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain procedures for tracking and improving Behavioral Health Provider Data and ADW CAHPS projects
- Read contracts and amendments to identify project deliverables and monitor compliance and performance
- Conduct telephonic CAHPS surveys and work with the team to submit data to the CMS CAHPS Database Contractor
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, or contract compliance
- Must reside in West Virginia
- Experience in behavioral health, ADW, or state government is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Products, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
