A company is looking for a Workday Lead/SME.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leadership and subject matter experts to strategize and expand Workday onboarding and offboarding functionalities
- Document and assess findings, recommending approaches to develop and execute a roadmap for broader Workday capabilities
- Support the state's Workday Security Lead and assist with post go-live support and ongoing sustainment as needed
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in strategizing and planning Workday onboarding/offboarding capabilities
- 7 years of experience in documenting findings and developing roadmaps for Workday functionality
- 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing new Workday business processes
- 7 years of experience in testing integration enhancements and working with subject matter experts
- 7 years of experience in providing post go-live support and ongoing sustainment for Workday
