Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst II/Forecasting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into reporting solutions and actionable information
• Develop analytical tools and models to support strategic business planning and deliver operational forecasts
• Provide mentoring to lower-level peers and continuously improve forecast models for accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or relevant experience
• Strong analytical, math, reasoning, and investigative skills
• Ability to work with Business Intelligence databases (e.g., SQL, SAS, Cognos)
• Demonstrated knowledge of key business performance metrics
