A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst II/Forecasting and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into reporting solutions and actionable information
- Develop analytical tools and models to support strategic business planning and deliver operational forecasts
- Provide mentoring to lower-level peers and continuously improve forecast models for accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or relevant experience
- Strong analytical, math, reasoning, and investigative skills
- Ability to work with Business Intelligence databases (e.g., SQL, SAS, Cognos)
- Demonstrated knowledge of key business performance metrics
