A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join their Workforce Effectiveness team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create statistical models in collaboration with workforce, operations, and financial teams
- Collaborate on vendor forecasts and manage staffing capacity across multiple vendors
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies for business plans and optimize processes over time
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in service operations center, call center or Workforce Management
- 2+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing projects
- 1+ years of experience using analytical tools to present information
