Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Reporting and Technical Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain PowerBi dashboards and prepare reporting for monthly business reviews
- Determine technical requirements and liaise with Finance and IT for reporting enhancements
- Train and support end-users on Workday Projects and other Resource Management tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of additional professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Proficiency in querying datasets using SQL and experience with data management
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and experience in conveying data
