Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and financial support to students throughout their educational journey
• Monitor student progress and compliance with University policies and degree requirements
• Identify at-risk students and provide resources to help them succeed in their programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in advising, customer service, or a related field
• Experience in student services or higher education preferred
• Knowledge of financial aid programs and University policies
• Ability to manage conflict and provide exceptional customer service
